1. What we sell
MIDAS Gold Trader ("MIDAS", "the Software") is downloadable desktop software — an add-on for the MetaTrader 5 platform that automates chart analysis and order management on the customer's own account. We are a software vendor. We do not provide financial, investment, or trading advice; we do not manage funds or accounts; and we make no representation about financial outcomes of any kind.
2. License
Your purchase grants one personal, non-transferable lifetime license to install and use the Software, including free updates. The license is tied to the email address used at purchase. You may not resell, redistribute, decompile, reverse-engineer, or share the Software or your license key. We may revoke licenses involved in fraud, chargebacks, or sharing.
3. Delivery
Delivery is digital and immediate: after payment, your license key and download are available in your dashboard at midasgoldtrader.com and sent to your email.
4. Risk disclaimer
Trading leveraged products carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. Any results shown are historical and not a promise of future performance. You alone are responsible for decisions made on your account, the broker you choose, and the settings you run. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose. The Software is a tool, not advice.
5. Warranty & liability
The Software is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license. We are not liable for trading losses, broker issues, platform outages, or indirect damages.
6. Refunds
All sales are final — the Software is digital goods delivered instantly. See the full Refund Policy for the limited exceptions (duplicate charge, non-delivery).
